June 14, 2027 @ 11:30 a.m. - June 18, 2027 @ 1:00 p.m.
$1000
Spend a week with Wolf Ridge’s Teacher Training Institute being fully immersed in practices that naturalists do. This retreat may include studying watersheds, bird banding, trips to Lake Superior and so much more! You’ll dive into nature journaling while learning foundational outdoor pedagogy techniques that will change your mindset around outdoor learning. No prior outdoor learning experience needed! Great for those just starting out or those that have already been integrating outdoor learning into their teaching practices.
Can’t commit to the full week? Join us for the beginning half of the week (Monday-Wednesday) to experience what our Teacher Training Institute has to offer!
Bring the family! Wolf Ridge provides daytime outdoor activities for youth (must be accompanied by an adult) or can recommend local spots for summer adventures. Evenings are time for the whole family with options to canoe on one of our beautiful lakes, go for a hike, or experience the adventure ropes course or indoor rock walls!
