Adventure Programs Coordinator

Join our team of educators who facilitate outdoor learning experiences for thousands of children every year, in addition to families, collegiate program students and adult programs. Wolf Ridge is seeking a new Adventure Programs Coordinator to join our team that facilitates year round programming out of our facility in Finland, MN. This position manages a highly diverse set of adventure education programs. Wolf Ridge acknowledges prospective applicants may not have expertise in all areas but is seeking an individual with documented adventure program management and leadership in at least some of the programming areas, along with commitment to build skills and certifications in other areas of need.

This is a full time, year round position with a $40-43,000 salary, dependent upon experience and certifications, and an outstanding full benefit package including health and other insurance benefits, 4 weeks paid vacation, and a 7% retirement match.

Established in 1971, Wolf Ridge was the first environmental learning center (ELC) in the country to be accredited as a K-12 school. We’re recognized nationally and internationally as a leader in environmental education.  Our experienced naturalists work with school groups looking for outdoor, hands-on learning. We offer over 50+ lessons that build awareness, curiosity, and sensitivity to the natural world. In the process, we promote self-awareness and leadership. Wolf Ridge operations are conducted on a 2,000-acre main campus in Finland, Minnesota with a 400-bed facility, along with a 68-acre Lake Superior campus just down the road.
