Wolf Ridge School Referral Program

Help bring Outdoor School to more students

The Wolf Ridge Referral Program invites parents, grandparents, guardians, direct relatives of current or past campers or students, donors, and board members to share the Wolf Ridge experience by referring a school or group of 25 or more to book an Outdoor School program. Maximum value per referral = $1,000

When a referral leads to a confirmed booking, a complimentary week of summer camp will be issued to the person making the referral, that can be used by a child, grandchild, or another student they wish to support. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping more young people discover the wonder of learning in nature.

Terms & Conditions

1. Who Can Participate

Parents, grandparents, guardians, direct relatives or other adults with the approval of a parent or guardian.
Participants may gift the reward to a camper of their choice between the ages of 8 – 17.

2. Eligible Schools/Groups

Only new school or group bookings that have not attended an Outdoor School program at Wolf Ridge for the last 2 years qualify. If you have any questions on whether a school you are referring is a current participating school, please reach out to mail@wolf-ridge.org or call 218-353-7414

4. Rewards

Each successful referral that results in a group booking earns one free summer camp session in the current summer camp season.
The reward may be used for the referrer’s child, relative, or another student of their choosing. Wolf Ridge must have contact with the child’s parent or guardian before registering the reward.
Rewards are issued only after the referred school completes a confirmed program

5. Cancellation Policy

If the referred school cancels before the program, the referral does not qualify for a reward
If a camper has already registered before the school cancels:
- Attend at 20% off tuition, or
- Cancel registration without penalty
Unavoidable cancellations (e.g., severe weather or emergencies) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

6. Program Availability

Subject to availability and operational needs
Wolf Ridge reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time

7. General Terms

Participants must provide accurate and complete information for the referred school. Wolf Ridge will use only the information provided to contact the school. If the contact information is incorrect or incomplete, Wolf Ridge will make reasonable attempts to reach the school, after which the referral will be considered unsuccessful. Participants will be notified if contact attempts fail.

Rewards are issued only when all program conditions are met, as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Referral Cancellation Policy

Referrals count only when the referred school completes a confirmed program at Wolf Ridge. If the school cancels, the referral does not qualify for a reward. If a camper has already registered before the school cancels, they may either: Attend the registered camp session at 20% off tuition, or cancel their registration without penalty and receive a full refund. In rare cases of unavoidable cancellations, Wolf Ridge will review the situation and notify participants promptly.
