Ready, set, design, and build! Wolf Ridge STEM Camp for grades 6–7 lets campers explore renewable energy in hands-on ways. Use solar power to light up a room or cook a snack, design wind turbine blades and water wheels, and see how energy sources and batteries work together to power everyday items. Even campfire cooking demonstrates biomass energy. This immersive program combines science, creativity, and outdoor adventure to spark curiosity and learning about energy and the natural world.
Experience a week of adventure at Wolf Ridge with our High School Outdoor Recreation Camp for grades 10–12. Teens will develop skills in paddling, rock climbing, hiking, and other outdoor activities while enjoying the scenic North Shore. This immersive, adventure-focused program encourages physical activity, outdoor skill-building, and a lasting love for recreation and nature.
Share an unforgettable week outdoors at Wolf Ridge! Grandparent Camp invites grandparents and grandchildren to explore, learn, and create lasting memories together. Hone outdoor skills, discover the North Woods, and enjoy hands-on adventures in this unique intergenerational experience.
Step away from the noise and into the wisdom of the forest during this three-day retreat at Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center on Minnesota’s North Shore. Guided by David Motzenbecker, one of ANFT’s top certified forest bathing leaders, you'll experience immersive forest bathing walks, fire circle reflections, a twilight wander beneath the waning moon, and restorative time among ancient trees. Grounded in the timeless insights of Stoic philosophy, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and rediscover clarity, presence, and what truly matters.
