Are you passionate about education, the outdoors, and creating meaningful experiences for learners of all ages? Join our team at Wolf Ridge, where we inspire curiosity, connection, and stewardship through immersive outdoor learning.
Each year, our educators engage thousands of K–12 students, families, college groups, and adult learners in hands-on experiences that connect people to the natural world. We are seeking a Program Coordinator to help facilitate and support this impactful work.
Based at our campus in Finland, Minnesota, this is a full-time, year-round position. The Program Coordinator collaborates across departments to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality programming. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for all participants and plays a key part in maintaining the excellence of our programs.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $40,000–$43,000, based on experience and certifications
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health and life insurance
- Paid vacation, with progressive accrual based on years of service (up to 4 weeks)

About Wolf Ridge
Established in 1971, Wolf Ridge was the first environmental learning center (ELC) in the country to be accredited as a K-12 school. We’re recognized nationally and internationally as a leader in environmental education. Our experienced naturalists work with school groups looking for outdoor, hands-on learning. We offer over 50+ lessons that build awareness, curiosity, and sensitivity to the natural world. In the process, we promote self-awareness and leadership. Wolf Ridge operations are conducted on a 2,000-acre main campus in Finland, Minnesota with a 400-bed facility, along with a 68-acre Lake Superior campus just down the road.
