Join the Wolf Ridge team as our Camp Programs and On-site Campus Coordinator and help inspire lifelong connections to nature, learning, and community. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the charge in creating unforgettable experiences for youth, families, and adult learners through hands-on environmental education. You’ll oversee our vibrant summer camp programs, coordinate year-round family and adult programs, and ensure smooth, engaging on-site experiences for all visitors. Working closely with a dedicated team of educators, you’ll shape and maintain high-quality curriculum, foster a welcoming campus environment, and play a key role in bringing Wolf Ridge’s mission to life. This exempt, full-time position has a $40-43,000 salary. All of the Wolf Ridge benefits are included including eight paid holidays, three paid personal days, accrual of paid vacation starting at equivalent of 4 weeks each year, 2 professional days, 4 days community service, health insurance with a health savings account, 403b retirement plan with a 7% match, and fully paid premiums for long term disability and life insurance.

About Wolf Ridge
Established in 1971, Wolf Ridge was the first environmental learning center (ELC) in the country to be accredited as a K-12 school. We’re recognized nationally and internationally as a leader in environmental education. Our experienced naturalists work with school groups looking for outdoor, hands-on learning. We offer over 50+ lessons that build awareness, curiosity, and sensitivity to the natural world. In the process, we promote self-awareness and leadership. Wolf Ridge operations are conducted on a 2,000-acre main campus in Finland, Minnesota with a 400-bed facility, along with a 68-acre Lake Superior campus just down the road.
