Peter Harris, a long-time member of the Wolf Ridge staff, received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Minnesota Association for Environmental Education (MAEE) for his long-term, outstanding service and contribution to the field of environmental education in Minnesota. Peter’s work in the environmental education field has had large-scale, long-term impact in Minnesota and across the country. We couldn’t be prouder!
MAEE also recognized Joe Walewski, co-founder and co-leader of Teach Outdoors MN!, with the Organizational Partner of the Year award, and awarded Andrea Lorek Strauss (Student Naturalist, 1992-93) with this year’s NonFormal Educator of the Year award.
