Camp Programs and Onsite Campus Coordinator

My name is Emmerson Kuhl, and I am excited to be the new Camp Programs Manager here at Wolf Ridge. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Forestry along with a Masters Certificate in Environmental Education. I have spent 9 summers involved in a variety of youth programs, 2 of those right here at Wolf Ridge.

I believe camp is a powerful place for learning through exploration, real-world experiences, and play. Wolf Ridge is a great place for youth to build community and social emotional skills outside of the traditional classroom. We have a wonderful campus that provides us with streams, lakes, wetlands, and mountains as our classroom. 

When I’m not at camp, I love spending time exploring the North Shore by rock climbing, exploring lakes for invertebrates, reading about local natural history, and cross-country skiing. I’m incredibly excited to welcome your camper for the 2026 season and look forward to creating a summer filled with adventure, learning, and lasting memories.
