Monica Hamling

Chair, Human Resources Committee

Monica is Sr. Vice President of People Operations and Culture for Nortech Systems, a global manufacturing company. She serves on the Wolf Ridge Board as an HR advisor and chair of the HR Committee. She brings 30 years of experience in Human Resources leadership, recruiting, and teaching. Prior to Nortech, she was a Sr. Human Capital Leader for UnitedHealth Group leading HR Strategy and Talent globally for the R&D and Innovation Engine. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications / Business from the University of St. Thomas, and a Masters in HR and Industrial Relations from Carlson School of Management.

Monica has two adult sons and lives in Rogers, MN. When at Wolf Ridge she enjoys visiting her sister on the North Shore. In her spare time, Monica is also a singer-songwriter.
