Dr. Lee Thao is a lifelong learner and passionate educator, working tirelessly to ensure all students are provided the opportunity to reach their potential in a welcoming, culturally inclusive learning environment. He has worked in the K-12 public school setting for the last 15 years, holding various positions from an educational assistant, to a teacher, to a building principal. He is currently an associate principal at a public high school in the Twin Cities, where he serves on the District Curriculum Advisory Committee and the District Safety and Security Team. Lee is an Eagle Scout and former Assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 100, a Hmong Boy Scout troop. He holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Bethel University.
