Doug is a retired environmental consultant who has served on Wolf Ridge’s board since 2014. Now a resident on the North Shore with his wife and two dogs, he first got involved with Wolf Ridge when property adjacent to the campus had the potential to be developed. He enjoys working on construction projects on his property and biking, paddling and skiing in the north woods.

Doug’s academic background includes undergraduate degrees in Geology and Environmental Studies, and Master’s degrees in Geology and Water Resources Management. He has served on several advisory, corporate and nonprofit boards and held a variety of leadership positions over his career.

Doug’s career experience includes 13 years as CEO of an environmental and engineering consulting firm. While there he also served in finance and HR roles and on their board of directors.
