Since each Adult Learner course is unique, please read the email for program details, schedules, packing lists, dietary request information, and travel information. Sign Up With Confidence – Cancellation policy regarding COVID-19

Any cancellation caused by a mandated shutdown of Wolf Ridge will result in a full refund, including your deposit. We are accepting registrations, and plan to run all advertised camps. If you sign up for a summer program, know that Wolf Ridge will continue to communicate with you throughout the spring and summer as new information becomes available regarding COVID-19 and its influence on the programs you’ve signed up for.

Financial Assistance

Family camp is an adventure we hope everyone will experience.  If your family is in need of financial support, the Wolf Ridge Family Camp Scholarship could provide 10 – 50% of the cost of the program. Deadline for submission is May 1, 2020

Food Service

Food Service

A variety of choices are available at each meal

Nutritious meals are chef-planned and choice-driven. Every meal includes options that are gluten-free, dairy free, meat or meatless, salad/veggie bar, and soy or cow’s milk. Ingredients come from local sources whenever possible, including produce grown on-site at the Wolf Ridge Organic Farm.

 

Special dietary needs

There is no need to inform us if your special dietary need is the following:

  • Vegan
  • Vegetarian
  • Dairy Allergy
  • Gluten free
  • Nut allergy

 

Medically prescribed dietary needs

Please let us know two weeks ahead of your arrival if your special dietary need is medically subscribed (such as celiac or diabetes) and not covered by the above list. The 2-week notice works perfectly for the kitchen to time any special order items with your arrival. Contact them at FoodService@wolf-ridge.org.

Sign Up With Confidence – Cancellation policy regarding COVID-19

Any cancellation caused by a mandated shutdown of Wolf Ridge will result in a full refund, including your deposit. We are accepting registrations, and plan to run all advertised camps. If you sign up for a summer program, know that Wolf Ridge will continue to communicate with you throughout the spring and summer as new information becomes available regarding COVID-19 and its influence on the programs you’ve signed up for. Right now we can share that:

  • In the event you need to cancel your registration due to illness or circumstances related to Covid-19, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
  • If you’re connected to people who are waiting to register for youth camps or trips, you can let them know that we’ve extended the Summer Youth Camps and Trips Early Bird discount to May 15, 2020.

  • Early Bird Discount

    Sign up by May 15 and receive 5% off. This discount is automatically applied when you register.

  • Sibling Discount

    Wolf Ridge Family/Sibling Discount Limited to Summer Program Camps only The Family/Sibling Discount is available for multiple campers from the same household (must all be residents of the same household address). The first camper pays full price, the second and subsequent camper each receive 5% off. The discount only applies to summer youth programs.
    IMPORTANT! If you do not see this discount apply during your online registration process, please call our office at 218-353-7414.
  • Bring a Friend Discount

    Have you been a summer camper at Wolf Ridge before? When you invite a new camper to Wolf Ridge, you & your friend each get $50 off your camp fee. To take advantage of this special offer, register for camp, then download, fill out, and send us this form to have the discount applied.

  • Minnesota Office of Higher Education (MOHE) Scholarships

  • Local Discount

    Available for campers whose permanent residence is Lake or Cook County in Minnesota.  To request this discount, please call the office at 218-353-7414 Monday-Friday between 8 and 4:30 pm.
