Program Director


Wolf Ridge is seeking an experienced education leader who builds equitable, inclusive, and diverse teams and has demonstrated success in the management and innovative delivery of environmental education programs. This role serves as the internal and external voice for education, instructional design, and learning strategies of the largest accredited residential center in the nation.

This position leads a team of 10+ year-round staff and dozens more who seasonally deliver nationally acclaimed environmental education programming to a wide variety of audiences, with a primary focus on children. Wolf Ridge operations are conducted on a 2000-acre main campus with a 400-bed facility encompassing 130,000 square feet of buildings and a 68-acre Lake Superior campus, all located in northeastern Minnesota.
