Rooted\, flowing\, and open—awaken with spring and step forward refreshed and inspired. 🌿 \nInstructor: Rewa Giroux-Dumas\n \nRewa Giroux-DumasRewa Zen Yoga and WellnessRYT 500 \nGrowing up I can remember being outside\, regardless of the weather. It was a place where I was most creative\, felt safe and at home. To this day\, when I find myself out of balance\, I seek time to connect to nature. \nI found Yoga while healing from a back injury. Active most of my life\, and a bit competitive\, took a toll on my body. Through the practice of Yoga I learned strength\, steadiness\, surrender and balance in my life in addition to compassion toward myself. I enjoy guiding a fun\, breath centered practice that encourages exploration of the body\, breath and heart. My teachings draw from over 25 years of study and practice in the areas of health\, wellness\, yoga and mindfulness. The practice is one that meets you just as you are\, right now. It invites a quiet exploration into courage\, strength and renewal. Get ready to experience one\, or more\, of those AH-HA moments. \n\nInstruction\, meals and lodging included.  Private room options are available for an additional fee during registration. \n\nREGISTER NOW \nLodging Information \nDirections to Wolf Ridge. \n

SUMMARY:Bio-Blitz
DESCRIPTION:Register for Bio-Blitz Camp \nSummer Camp Website \nFor students entering grades 8 – 9 \nHave you ever wondered how many species of animals live around you? That is exactly the question bio-blitz camp tries to answer at Wolf Ridge! A bio-blitz is an event that tries to catalogue as many species as possible in a certain location. We will use the Wolf Ridge campus and will focus on a different category of animals during each day of the event\, using scientific tools appropriate for that group. This could include looking for mammal tracks\, using dip nets to collect water bugs\, binoculars to look for birds\, setting a light trap for moths\, identifying the plants around them\, and so much more. Campers will see an ever-growing list of species through their whole time at camp! \nWant some healthy competition? The two bio-blitz sessions run during the first and last weeks of camp. Who can find more species? Or\, join in on both and see what new things emerge later in the year! \nSession 1: June 23-26 \nSession 2: August 9-12 \n
