Nutritious meals are chef-planned and choice-driven. Every meal includes options that are gluten free, dairy free, meat or meatless, salad/veggie bar, and soy or cow’s milk. Ingredients come from local sources whenever possible, including produce grown on-site at the Wolf Ridge Organic Farm.

After registering, you will receive and email confirmation packet (unless you requested a paper copy be sent by US Postal Service.) Since each Adult Learner course is unique, please read the email for program details, schedules, packing lists, dietary request information, and travel information.
